Business Development Manager
Katherine is the newest member of our Luscious team.
Natasha thinks of Katherine as a modern day Australian Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon heroine with her exquisite taste, dynamic business approach, and ability to seamlessly merge high art and trash talk all in the same sentence, with some forward-entrepreneurial-style thinking thrown in.
“She’s a bundle of “S” superlatives: smart, sexy, savvy and sophisticated,” Natasha says. “How fab is that?! Think Lucy Liu-meets-Olivia Palermo, always looking chic despite being busy, and still finding time to write proper thank you notes.”
Born with a serious case of wanderlust, Miss Koh’s life – both professional and personal – has been filled with extensive travel and gastronomic indulgence.
She has been fortunate enough to combine her lifelong passion for food and beverage with her professional ambitions, from managing award-wining restaurants early in her career to strategy formulation for retail masterplanning developments around the world.
An early adopter and trend spotter, Katherine comes to our Luscious world with her trademark enthusiasm and unwavering intent to bring a touch of lusciousness to every corner of the world by matching Luscious brands with our Luscious Lifers.
She loves Lebanese food, as well as small plates/grazing, pork pork pork, and street food.
Katherine’s definition of luscious includes intimate boutique hotels, exploring big cities (with New York a perennial favourite), freshly shucked oysters, soft linen sheets, fresh flowers and discovering the latest gem in food, fashion or design.
She loves the sartorial genius of Lanvin and Isabel Marant, as well as the understated luxury of The Row. For design, she likes Modernist and Victorian, with minimalist style, natural materials, and white and grey tones.
When asked about luscious travel, she says she’d like to go back to Tokyo for Michelin star restaurants and to explore Spain a bit more…San Sebastian, Madrid…yes please! And Morocco and The Middle East.
